Personally think he has the best technique in the WI side. Organised player with classical fundamentals. Hasn’t yet converted that into a good record but batting low down doesn’t help. I would like to see him play as a batsman but they gave up on Dowrich after short ball issues returned.

Very uncharacteristic. Last time I saw him bat he barely even lifted his bat and ground it out like someone from the fifties.
