Haha, the one we picked (which I think is pretty cool) was the worst option we had on the shortlist. Yours does suck.

The real question is, do you think our coat of arms motto is better than yours:

! ke e: /xarra //ke
I only heard about this motto recently...

I am probably the only SA who dislikes the SA national anthem... (to be honest I detest all national anthems but that is another thing...)

I think he’s missed this by miles tbh

but Starc bowling as well this season as I’ve seen from him in ages

Its strange even though this is a pretty dire situation, I'm actually pretty calm and not at all surprised, I think most SA fans kinda knew this could happen ..

I mean let's run through the top 7 :

1. Dean Elgar is Sir Geoffrey Boycott at home but away from home he's Darren Ganga ..

2. Sarel Erwee smashing bloke and an honest pro who had a few good domestic seasons , fact is though he's 33 years old and less than 18 months ago was considering retiring from the game all together , his selection was like a Make a Wish Foundation decision come true .

3. Rassie Van Der Dussen is a discount Du Plessis at Test level , 18 tests in and the 33 year old has got more broken fingers than Test hundreds

4. Temba Bavuma man for a crisis , decent form but can't seem to knock off the tendency of losing his wicket after getting a start , No.4 is way too high for him and De Zorzi should replace him soon

5. Khaya Zondo , can't see any future for him in Test cricket , what were the selectors thinking? I mean when your age is higher than your FC batting average (A problem Sir Don Bradman never had a problem with) that is a good indication you aren't ready for Tests .

6.Kyle Verryenne still young. Scores lots of runs for Western Province, the potential is there but he ain't gonna realise it in this chaotic Batting line up, might need to consider dropping the gloves and focus on being a specialist batsman .

7. Marco Jansen , I feel for him , cause he's got all the raw materials to be a World class Test Seamer but the selection panel is trying to make him into something he's not yet , a genuine all rounder ...Just let the kid bat at 8 or 9 and worry about his bowling for ffs.

Thank goodness that is over with now we can have some proper test cricket watching a decent batting unit face a decent bowling unit...

Good stuff. Now lets see how the Aussie batting goes and whether this bowling lineup lives up to the hype.

Man just reading that scorecard. Started off with 4/27, ended with 6/27. They should lick Verreynnes boots, give Bavuma a head pat too.

all out for 152. SAFFers are village. lyon gets 3.

Starceh about to overtake Brett Lee and Mitchell Jonno as australia no.1 express pace bowler in the modern game. Only 14 behind the johnson and 11 behind Lee. He could potentially overtake Dennis Lillee to be the greatest ever in this sport.

I can't be asked to check but I wouldn't be surprised if South Africa made more sub-200 scores than they did over 200 this year.
