I don't even mind the 'bowl Smith' thing as a suggestion; what's getting my goat is that he thinks it's obvious and can't possibly understand why he's not bowling. He fails to recognise when his ideas are unusual and unlikely to be shared by others, and is more or less constantly projecting - ie. he's an odious ****.
