Sorry for the late response.

Would be curious where that ranks on the list of longest innings with only four (or fewer) bowlers used.
150+ overs with 4 bowlers - only checked instances down to 400+ runs.

172 overs* (426) Aus vs Eng Sydney 1951
167.5 overs (403) SA vs Pak Rawalpindi 1997
154 overs (454/6d) Aus vs Pak Sydney 1984
154 overs (645/6d) Aus vs SL Galle 2025
151.4 overs (404) Eng vs Aus Manchester 1981
150 overs (428) Ind vs Eng Bengalaru 1981

*129 8 ball overs

This must be the first time a team conceded 600 plus runs while only using four bowlers. Can't recall any other occasion personally
3 other teams have made 500+ runs against only 4 bowlers.

528 (149.4 overs) Aus vs Ind Adelaide 1981
516 (147.4 overs) Ind vs Pak Mohali 2005
500/7d (119 overs) Pak vs SL Lahore 1982

I thought a match from the fifties or sixties might be a possibility, much more surprised at the one from 1997. I see there was no Aamir Sohail to turn his arm over.

Radio commentators make an interesting point

Play a t20 and you need 5 bowlers

Play a test and only use 4
Makes sense in a way. In T20 you don't need as much batting depth as you'd generally bank on 6 batsmen getting through 20 overs. But you need 5 bowlers to get your quotas. In tests you generally get better value out of a sixth batsmen than a 5th bowler. (Though I do like the 5 bowler option.)

Just on the earlier discussion about lbws, drs, bounce and line and the Kuhnemann shouts for lbw, I thought the wicket ball was too high but they badly misjudged the line on the lost review.
