Cummins is a gun. The 2 overs before getting out Kallis was just beautiful and the last ball of the over before, I was on my feet at the club. Then when he got him, on feet again. That's what we need, fantastic fast bowling. Worked him over for a couple of overs. Also gun nut to ABCDV just a little bit to leg when he hit him on the foot.
To bowl hussey in order to stem the flow, keep it tight and create a partnership with cummins is such an indictment on siddle and johnson it's not funny. Copeland needs to be in there to fill that role and relieve watson of all but a couple of goldenarm overs, and I'd have Harris if he can be fit, and if not Pattinson in there STAT.
PS, bowling hussey instead of the other pedestrians was a good call from clarke, but disappointed that he wouldn't entrust his spinner. Felt like he gunned Willie, because Kallis went after him in the first dig, unfairly.
In summary. Get saffers for under 300 is required for a win, but doesn't matter what they score we need to do something in the second dig and win this damn test match.
