***Official*** Australia in South Africa

Cummins obviously has great potential but IMO he is a serious back injury waiting to happen

Selectors, etc really need to go easy on him
This.

Cummins bowled with good pace and bounce yesterday. He swung a few balls back into the left hander and he managed to get some seam assistance from the pitch as well. I honestly don't why people are saying he doesn't get any sideways movement as they have barely even seen enough of him to make that judgement. I've seen him shape the ball away from the right handers when bowling back in Australia but he'll struggle to move it both ways unless he fixes that seam position, IMO.

Beautiful wicket to bat on. Gonna piss down on Sunday apparently, so South Africa could get away with this here but these two sides don’t need 5, or even 4 days to finish a test match.

Problem for South Africa is that a few of the Aussies are playing for their position, so don't expect too many dumbass shots. Boucher and co. can do what they like.

You never feel with these two that they are ever fully in. Will always give you a chance the way they play. Unlike say a Cook or Smith who sometimes look like they will never get out.

Watson could do some serious damage here, ball flies and he isn’t interested in running. Tahir could get destroyed and you can just plant front foot against Pro and hit through the line. Wicket is that true.

Beginning to look like the SA batting display was particularly poor yesterday.

Looks a good pitch to bat on. Aussies need to get 400 here at least and see if SA collapse again.

Even though I'm a pessimist, there was no way I was predicting we wouldnt make 47 in this innings! We aren't Pakistan circa 2002.

GLORIOUS stroke play from Hughes now.
