Yeah. You can understand Smith's reluctance in bringing him on while the ball is moving for the seamers, but Lyon would have McCullum.

Guptill and Latham have both been acceptable this series. Conditions have been tough at times and the quality of bowling has been for the most part high. They're averaging around 20. I doubt anyone else in the country would have come close to doing as well.

Edit: Kane not scoring what we are used to seeing him score has made our top order offerings feel worse than usual. Both Latham and Guptill have more runs this series. When does THAT happen?
