SL had a very good record at the SCG during the early 00s iirc, mostly because of Sanath. That particular game I remember well, took the Aus bowlers to the sword.

Haha was this during the 2015 WC? I remember there was a game in that tournament where McCullum was trying to finish the game before the break (this was back when if the first innings finished soon enough, they'd take a 10 min innings changeover and take the usual long break at the normal time, interrupting the second innings)

SKY doesn't belong in the ODI team imo (based on age factor primarily) and certainly not at no.4.

imho Starc should just become a white ball specialist, his career can then be longer. Hes ridiculously better in white ball than red ball. He couldnt make the red ball do anything in the test last week.

They should simply debut Morris and/or S. Johnson(another fast left arm pacer like his namesake) for red ball, and rotate with Boland depending on conditions. I assume hazlewood will become like jhye- constantly injured.

SKY is done in ODI and Tests. finished. hard T20 specialist and the best T20 batter. the white ball doesnt move around in T20.

I don't get the application complaints sometimes. The ball is moving around in the air and off the pitch at speeds where it's almost physically impossible to react to. Any batter is going to suffer in that scenario.

Yes. And that is the situation where you try to apply yourself and try not to get out instead of trying to waft at every ball for ten run overs.
