Think these past few games have shown that dermo abbott isn't good enough to play as a frontline bowler in ODI's. Starc-Cummins-Haze-Zampa is a fine attack for the WC with green, maxwell and maybe short/marsh as the 5th option. Just rest some of those 4 against the weaker teams, we still should be able to take points vs netherlands and AFG even if a few of those guys sit out.

Has SKY played himself into the WC team? Still don't see how he fit's in
1.Rohit
2.Gill
3.Kohli
4.Rahul/Iyer
5.Iyer/Rahul
6.Hardik
7.Jadeja

Seems like a fairly settled top 7.
Rahul is a lock at 4 despite my protests. No 5 is the only spot up for grabs and the competition is between Shreyas, Ishan and SKY

Gill broke the record for most ODI tons in a calender year in India with 4. Not that impressive on it's own, but given that their's a WC in india and hey'll play another 10 games minimum, he could very well demolish that record by the time he's done.

Where’s that tall left arm quick india had at the world t20? Is he in the hunt as a reserve quick for the WC?

That DLS is a bit ****ed, IMO. 399 in 50 turning into 317 in 33 is absurd, especially since we had our entire PP1 when we thought it was an 8 an over chase, not a 10 an over chase.
