Yeah he's genuinely about as poor as it gets. Very little in the way of insight, and he should have plenty to offer. Just spouts platitudes all the time. It's woeful.
He's been chugging India's dick hard too. Most commentators are a bit biased, but 9 times out of 10 it's to their own team.

TBF it's not as if the warning signs weren't there in the last two games. India's top order, one Rohit innings aside, has been poor and you can't always rely on the tail to bail you out, especially in extreme conditions.
Yeah but I don't think it's unfair to back India over Australia in India. Let us McGrath in peace smh.
I'm sure Dravid will say the same in the post-match
He's too nice smh. Not everyone is as eloquent as you.

This is how Australia should play even when they aren't chasing a small score , the way these two have batted even 200 would have been achieved

Wanted Head to get the winning runs so he could get the 50.

But man, basically a perfect Test from Australia barring the 6/11 collapse, and even that was largely down to great bowling. After what happened in Delhi you would've expected Australia to implode.

It was kind of like that even in the England series where we "smashed" them. In the last test we were in a really precarious position before Pant went crazy. It was probably the most unconvincing innings win I've ever seen.

Can't keep getting away with having a consistently underperforming top 5. A drawn series here would be very much what they deserve and might be exactly what's needed for the selectors to finally get rid of the riff raff.

Shame that we lost the plot the way we did twice in that second test, could and really should be 2-1 up right now. Fantastic effort either way, shame head didn't get his 50 but fantastic knock either way.
