that I agree withKohli has a worse record than Warner in the last few years
tbf, he looked good today but he should be on the shortest of ropes
usman is still batting friendTake out the number one batsman in the world and in comes the best batsman in the world.
Opening is not that tough in Asia. Outside where it is tough, Sehwag failed except flat Aus pitches.Kohli definitely not a league above Sehwag lol. They are par. Opening is tougher than batting at 4. And Sehwag pioneered bazball.
Pitch hasn't gotten better. Same balls have shot low, bounced head height, spun at right angles or slid straight through. Aus bats have been a bit more patient but as is often the case with these pitches it's a lot about luckSo can't be bothered to read through the thread... but has the pitch suddenly flattened, or have the Indian bowlers sucked, or did the Indian batting play that poor this morning, or have the Aus batsmen played that well? Or a mixture of all of the above?
Flattened a bit, Australia have batted well. Other factors not that relevant. India batting was as bad as what is expected of them. Bowling isnt really much worse than the previous test, where we bowled OK for way more reward. So can't be bothered to read through the thread... but has the pitch suddenly flattened, or have the Indian bowlers sucked, or did the Indian batting play that poor this morning, or have the Aus batsmen played that well?
