Really the key moment of the series was on day 2 in Bangalore. Neither Renshaw nor Marsh went on to make a hundred. If either of them did that we'd have been 2-0 up and cruised to the series win. Both of them threw their wickets away softly and it let India back into the series.

I still think that final session on Day 3 of that Test was decisive when Rahane & Pujara batted throughout, the equivalent of two sessions on a standard pitch. Great batting plus some bad tactics and bowling from Oz was pivotal.
