4th highest wicket taking spinner last season, 8th or 9th overall iirc. Averaged 27. But with Ranji figures you always need context. Nadeem was the leading wicket take for example but no one rates him.

No that doesn't work, we did that in a few tests last time we toured overseas and it puts too much pressure on him to be the main enforcer in the second innings, Ashwin and Jadeja are such two different type of spinners that they sort of have to be played in tandem, one is almost imcomplete without the other.
