Again, in terms of Trump style tactics, whether it's partially true or false isn't the prime issue here. Kholi seems to want to drag the Aussies into a war of verbals and antagonism between Tests. A potentially distracting trap they could fall into.
So Kohli = Trump?

WTF, I love Virat now.

Very harsh imo. They created a lot of chances which didn't go to hand.
It was crunch time Burgey and for me that session when a wicket didn't fall was absolutely fatal. Those are the moments when the cream rise to the top. O'Keef has surprised many on this tour but one gets the feeling that the pitch, coupled with the Indian's not being to familiar with him, is what helped him get all those wickets in the first game. The moment him and Lyon were asked to pull a rabbit out of the hat, it didn't happen. That's what seperates average from top class tbh.

Probably trying to distract people from his own batting failures and Pujara's brilliance. The coverage will now all be about kohli being a ****/Smith being a cheat rather than Pujara, rahane and Rahul delivering when it was needed when their captain spudded it up.

Yeah.. gotta admit, Sparky, that if the incident was indeed not reported, Kohli does deserve a ban. But still WAG!!! Anyone giving it back to that cheating scum **** Healy is a hero. :)

Also, I have noticed since the Ind-Eng series the extreme bias of the crap info play by play guys against India. Loving all their tasting at the moment as I am reading through the wicket descriptions.

He could still be right. But something about the whole thing just set off red flags for me for some reason, not least because it frankly seems a very low-ball issue to raise a stink over.

@quincy It is the prime issue. Deserves to be banned if he outright lied
For comments in a press conference? Couldn't see that happening.

Anyway, how is it 100% provable? Sure, there's TV coverage of players congregating before DRS decisions but then the counter could be they saw the Oz dressing room making gestures. The Oz side could counter that but then the 3rd Test is about to start and you've spent a whole week stewing on Kholi's remarks instead of working on technique and tactics.

And in anycase, is it really worth Oz trying to go for a 'holier than thou' attitude to their on-field behaviour when they've been caught blatantly going against the rules on one occasion already. Just brush the comments off and/or state they're the trolling they are and concentrate on the next Test.

I mean, this would have nothing to do with the Aus setup ideally. The match officials would take care of the whole thing.

LOL Ishant has somehow managed to average 54 even in this bowler's paradise series. I mean, even Nostrils is under 20. And I don't even think Ishant's bowled that badly. It's like he's destined to do badly stats-wise.

The only thing worse than all this boring petty **** between teams after a Test match is the smug, sycophantic posting that accompanies it.
