Probably been said already, but really surprised how slowly Australia batted on day 5. Once the tailenders are in then fair enough, but they just crawled along in the morning session when they need a win to stay alive.

And in this series, an average in the low 30s puts Cowan right up there. CBF looking up stats, but he's been more likely to make runs than any other non-Pup batsman on tour.

i suppose this tour's shown how **** siddle can be when there's no movement at all, but when it's moving he's looked a whole different bowler

suppose that applies to every seamer actually, nevermind
