Not quite a half tracker but surely better to have a look and see how balls of that length are bouncing before goling for a shot like that. Was pretty much the first ball from Kumar to Watto which was short of a length.

He is a compulsive player of the pull shot though.

Yeah if you're a compulsive hooker it's very tough to not play that shot once you see length. If it was someone like Ishant or another bowler who gets better bounce he would've gotten away with it.

He's had a look. He's 20 odd not out. Only a bloke who doesn't play the pull shot wouldn't be in position to try and pull it. It wasn't marginally short, it was a really, really short ball.
