Watson used to crack (more like explode) when in the 40s or 90s, so this is a great sight.

Ojha's been accurate sure, but from his pitch map to Watson it suggested he's been TOO accurate if that makes any sense. On a turning pitch that style of bowling is perfect, but when there's not much help, you can't afford to become predictable. There hasn't been much variety from him.

I don't know whether his role in the team is simply to provide control or whatever though.

This session is reminiscent of that period of play in Nagpur 2008 when we tied down the Aussies, but without the cushion of a decent first innings score and not picking up regular wickets, either on this occasion. Still, better than the pies we bowled in the first session, I guess.
