Why doesn't Johnson ever go for a yorker? Would be pretty hard to play him for a right hander when he's bowling over the wicket don't you think?

I would be really surprise if any of the players from both sides get a double in South Africa.

South Africa will continue with their policy of producing low scoring wickets against India.

I beleive in the last 2 series only 1 or 2 players from both sides has averaged above 40 there.
Been some pretty awesome double tons in SA since readmission. One of my all time fav innings was Blewett's 214, against a firing Allan Donald and Pollock, absolutely destroyed them. SA bowlers had no idea, boy was it a classy knock, Blewett unleashing his textbook cover drives and furious hooks, and they sure did bounce him a lot.

Dont need to say anything about Gilly's 204*.

Thought Flemings big 260 odd was pretty classy, road of a pitch though. Gibbs' day 1 220 odd vs Pakistan was magnificent too.

Cant see many guys getting any big ones later in the year though, Sachin could pull one out like Lara did late in his career in SA. Kallis is due too.

The pitch is a bit two faced. There is enough time right now - they would probably want to bat until near the close of the day (e.g, get a lead of ~200ish).

I think they want to get a reasonable lead just batting as they are.... runs are still coming at a decent rate... once they get a lead of 50+... might see Dhoni smashing a little more.

Hope Sachin gets a triple here.
