How does one side deserve to win a game like that more than the other?

1st innings almost equal, second innings the same. Both had a bowler down at some stages (it was to India's benefit imho ) and each side had a copule of bad calls go their way.

More than Edgbaston 05, more than Adelaide 93, this was a genuine toos to the coin job rather than one side constatnly being behind the eight ball and nearly jagging it. Just a great, great test match.

Ponting's captaincy wasn't the best either it has to be said. I also don't like that some of the posters in this thread were completely writing India off, sounds like they were just doing it to do make India's victory look even better.

lol when you analyze it on the whole it does look both deserved it equally I guess coming back from125-8 does cloud your judgement and make you the more sentimental favorite to a neutral.
