Ball turning nicely. Hauritz has no excuses for mine. Should do damage in a 4th innings on the 5th day on this wicket.

Arun Lal once again.

"That won't count for runs as he didn't play a shot"

It completely missed him. Obvious byes.

So bad.

Ooh.

isaacnewton1, I wouldn't say 300+ is impossible but anything over 250-275 you'd have to make Australia favourites especially if Laxman can't bat.

Well if he's going to get it today, this is the best possible start against spin. He's OK against spin (good sweep), but truly dire against pace at the beginning of his innings.

Mind you, will probably miss a straight one now.

Sehwag.

I reckon North will definitely get out soon and will definitely not score big into close of play, giving Australia a shot at victory.

Definitely.

Wait why am I trying to reverse-jinx the guy, I want him out of the side.

Seriously I don't mind Arun Lal that much. He may not have anything remotely insightful to offer but atleast comes across as enthusiastic about the game.

Hussey's average pretty close to dropping below 50. If he has a poor Ashes he could very well "retire" with a sub 50 average which would be a shame.

There is no way that Ponting will declare with a lead of 250 with a whole day to go or even 75 overs.

Specially with the psychological impact of Sehwag opening for India.

Although Sehwag is pretty terrible second innings I believe... His purple patch has to end some time.

Well to be honest, overall I really don't see Hussey as an above 50 average player. He seems more like a 45 guy.

He keeps going on and on about animals at times. Not that I mind it, he seems pretty knowledgeable too
