mmhmm. As I've said before, Australia bowled out cheaply = pitch must be a bowler's paradise, the mighty Australians cannot possibly be outplayed and so all blame must lie with some outside factor like the pitch or weather...

And people say I'm biased.
I never said it was a bowler's paradise. I just said it had a bit more juice in it than I certainly thought it appeared to AND England bowled well.

If you try to respond to stuff I actually said instead of attempting to lump me in with others you've had disagreements with, I'll do my best to think you're not an idiot, dig? READ THIS from my previous post:

But yeah, the batting was a lacking in respect for the quality of the English bowling. Harmi bowled really, really well as did Flintoff. Hoggard bowled a couple of good balls and Jones was pretty solid.
Now you'll excuse me if I tell you to go jump.

This is so infuriating being stuck at work serving the great unwashed!! :p

Did Ricky read the pitch very wrongly? Is it a 190 job?

Hmm, I thought 'what the hell are they appealing for?' as soon as I saw it, a bit over-zealous think.

Ricky didn't read the pitch wrong, batting first would have been the correct decision, They just needed to bat sensibly first thing then they could enjoy it when the sun came out.

Not really, I think Australia just batted rubbish, and England bowled quite well in spells. Looks a good pitch once the ball softens, England really should be building a big lead.

What was that bit you said about not jumping to conclusions?
