I believe these threads will continue until Australia are no longer World Cup champions.

So in my opinion we have four more years of them.

Probably the main reason I want Australia to win the World Cup is to stop threads like these.
Agree with what you're saying, every single loss and retirement Australia has will be greeted by these kind of threads.

Yes, I believe that after having lost a massive 5 one-day games the golden era of the last 20 years has officially ended.

Yes. They are no longer dominant. They're only unbeaten in their last 17 Tests (plus one against an ICC World XI). Fairly unnacceptable by Australia's standards. They should have won all of their last 80 Tests within two days. Anything else is a failure.

Who started the puncturing process of Australian aura of invincibility?

Guess, who? Haven't got it. It's Bangladesh who started the process by defeating Australia in 2005.

South Africa and WI for mine, but then people ignored it after Australia's Champions Trophy win.

I think ups and down come in every team's way aussies have lost 6 out of their last 7 games and i am not least suprised that we have started losing this badly after Symo's injury.

I think Symo is a talisman for the aussies especially in odi's and we have really missed him in all aspects of the game in the last 7 games whether its batting, bowling, or fielding his presence lifts the whole team IMO.

So for me Symo's injury started it all.
