Or the fact that his shoulder could be injured?SJS said:Yesterday they showed an interview with Warne (conducted before this test) in which he was asked a question regarding himself and Murali.
Warne dwelled long on the number of wickets Murali has taken against the minnows and named Zimbabwe and Bangladesh and emphasised that he himself had not played much against Zimbabwe and NO TESTS till date against Bangladesh and asked the reporter to draw his own conclusion.
Wonder why Ponting didnt allow him to prove a point today? Maybe he thought 118 in 20 overs was enough and dint want to rub it in.
Could be. Every little bit helps even providenceKaZoH0lic said:Or the fact that his shoulder could be injured?
Macgill - 8-fer. Not sure Warne would want to be out.SJS said:Could be. Every little bit helps even providence

I didn't think it was that bad... mind you, I only watched the last 15 minutes or so.TT Boy said:I believe Max Beesley got his ones out.
Seriously though how the hell can anyone watch such a show, to think I paid my TV license fee for such ****. It’s up there with Hustle in insulting one’s intelligence too much.
I just saw the highlights on TV. Judging from the ball that got Martyn, the pitch seems to be playing some tricks. And from what I saw of Mortaza (one ball, admittedly), there's no way he's faster than McGrath or Clark.andyc said:I didn't think it was that bad... mind you, I only watched the last 15 minutes or so.
Oh sure.KaZoH0lic said:Macgill - 8-fer. Not sure Warne would want to be out.
Compared to the other crap on BBC probably it isn’t but it’s just so superficially sleek and up it’s own *** for it to be enjoyable.andyc said:I didn't think it was that bad... mind you, I only watched the last 15 minutes or so.
Sorry mate, I don't want to point fingers or say who started it. Obviously, there have been words said in both parties. I don't see the point in pointing out Warne.SJS said:Oh sure.
I just feel he need not have said this. There used to be an equally raging controversy about Sachin and Lara and they were both asked similar questions all the time. I cant recall a single occasion when either of them replied in any manner other than acknowleding the greatness of the other and just refused to say anything remotely negative.
This only enhances their own worth in the eyes of everyone except the fanatics.
