True. The Rohit-Dhawan opening combination is quite under-rated only because they both are pedestrian in test cricket.

Yes, should always take the era into account during these comparisons due to the frequent rule changes in ODIs.

Cricinfo profile if it helps: Just 37 years of age. Has played 7 List A matches for HK and scored a sum total of 1 run. Has held on to quite a few catches though. Can see 5/4/3 catches per match in his OD match list.

Afghanistan need to rotate more
So after all the hue and cry raised by India about playing two games in two days, their two games turned out to be against Hong Kong and an ultimately meaningless one wrt to second round qualification against Pakistan. All this while Afghanistan and Bangladesh exhaust each themselves by playing against each other, before immediately playing against India/Pakistan tomorrow in second round matches which could be crucial for qualifying for the final, and for which India/Pakistan now have a huge advantage.
And India don't have any more two matches in two days situations either. Guess the BCCI knew what it was doing after all. Not even attempting to be subtle in engineering an India/Pakistan final this time.
