Lyon's gonna make more runs but I'd be half tempted to even bat Boland ahead of Starc sometimes if there's a set batsman in, as long as the batsman trusts Boland and there's not a lot of time pressure in the match to consider.

This one was over ten years ago but it still sticks in my mind. 51 off 212 batting 5 in the first innings.

Yeah it doesn't sound good, if a bowler has to go to hospital for scans it usually doesn't have a good outcome, you don't go to hospital for a twinge.

It would be a real shame if he can't bowl again in the second innings but he already has the Player of the Series wrapped regardless, he's been huge.
