Interesting that England are only 7/4 right now. Bookies consider this as much of a featherbed as I do. England need to get these last 2 wickets asap tho
Well into the zone where fourth innings chases become improbable though. They'll have a partnership or two to make us sweat but 325+ is not happening.

You don’t think it’ll happen, but it’s possible on this pitch. If you think it’s not happening put a massive bet on? Huge money to be won if you’re so sure.

I don’t gamble. But assume there’s an option just to bet that England won’t win (as a draw is possible too)

chasing 332 means 83 runs needed every session on a pitch that is starting to turn slightly

will cause wickets if they go for it with the best of bats

will be surprised if we lose

draw is not out of the question if they don't lose early wickets i think

It's England. There can be rain, bad light, sun burn, hail storm, fog etc.
There’s ~0% chance of rain forecast and in London the forecasts aren’t wrong often.

Only chance of a draw is if the last two wickets bat England out of the game. Looks very possible at the moment.

I was mostly joking but half of yesterday's last session was discontinued due to bad light yesterday, right? That's a lot of time/overs in the context of a closely drawn game.

I understand that England had the option to play on by bowling spinners but something like that can severely blunt a bowling line up, at best.

When the game goes the distance (or threatens to) people that fume when the players don’t bowl the allotted overs for the day do have a very good point. Same thing goes for the last day.

Just watching that missed run-out....Jonny wasn't exactly rushing to get to the stumps was he?

Unlikely it’s not happened before and hard to see a batting line up as frail as England’s is going to do it! Should be a comfortable win for us from here
