Eyes not spreadsheets
I think a lot of people will be in a position to advise at stumps tomorrow. With England's ability to collapse they could still have a first innings deficit. My prediction is whichever team are batting at stumps will win, but that doesn't really help.
If England bat for 2 and a half sessions they'll get approximately 100 runs ahead. Does that really make Australia favourites?

I've been saying that Cook could still easily have four years left in his career and that all he really needs to do is find a way too adjust to his eye diminishing.

Broad’s pitching seems to have improved. I was expecting the Aussies to have hit more home runs than they did.

England played some great D yesterday. But Australia have played the better offence in game 1,2 and 3.

I saw Jos Butler and Alex Hales play recently, Butler turned out for the Boston Red Sox and Alex Hales for the LA Dodgers.

Can someone tell me why those guys are not in the England line up? Both were smoking home runs that day and could have helped England make the offensive play that they need.

Our bowling coaches have to take a lot of the blame here for not telling our bowlers to pitch it up. Or to bowl one side of the wicket.

Haze looking dangerous pitching the ball up here. Cummins has got to do the same, not go back of a length.

Good to see Ellen on the grind.

And to see Cummins back bowling. What did the Poms put in his lunch yesterday ffs?
