I hope playing risky strokes when playing for the draw is something that dies a quick death in the next decade. It always strikes me as unbelievably dumb and selfish and I'm downright amazed it's been tolerated to this point.
Tbf, it was this approach that won us the Gabba test. None of the shots played by Pant made sense in textbook sense.

India really didn't deserve to go into the final test with the series levelled. Don't think batting the day out here was an uphill task.
Seven wickets in hand at tea in the last session and they don't even last 'til the new ball - that's really really poor tbh

India don't have close to the same extent of bowling depth in these conditions and Smith was never going to stay anonymous throughout the series.
And India’s batting is at an all time now. Still Bumrah single handedly has managed to make it competitive. If he has another great game at Sydney, would be hard not to rank this as possibly the greatest series by any bowler in Aus

Btw Marsh is getting selected again and there's nothing any of you can do about it
it's so funny during tea watching Ponting and Fleming conclude that yes MMarsh probably should be dropped.......but it's because of his lack of bowling.
