Was only listening on radio and saw it just now - there needs to be much more transparency around Snicko but that was a much bigger deflection than I was expecting based on the commentary

Just kirkut things.

Tbf I think he's saying the umpire wasn't convinced by the deflection, which is why he went to snicko in the first place. But ultimately we should be saying it's good sensible umpiring for making the right decision and trusting his eyes instead of waahhing about him not following the hierarchy of tools available properly. The deflection was obvious enough to not need snicko.
