the quality of some of the players in this series is incredible. Some of them are past their best but a roll call of Bumrah, Cummins, Kohli, Smith, Pant, Sharma, Jadeja, Haze, Ashwin and Lyon is a cricket lover’s dream.

Sure there’s some dross mixed in with the likes of Marsh and there’s some guys who are decent rather than all timers like Carey, Starc, Usman, Siraj and Marnus but on the flip side of that you’ve got young blokes like Jaiswal, Konstas, Deep and Reddy playing important roles too.
