Yeah the greats just have that knack of noticing the 2 percenters dont they? Virat screaming at Siraj that there was a run out opportunity at Cummins just a bit earlier was an example. Many didnt seem to notice, but he was already aware of that chance and ready for it.
It's one of the most obvious similarities between the two (Virat and Ponting) actually, which is one reason why that comparison has been made so often. You can hear something very similar when Ponting commentates, he absolutely hates when players doze in the field and aren't in the right place to stop a run/create an opportunity

I get the psychology of it but that a dropped catch can change the odds really does show how vibes-based these betting markets are.
Well yeah, they're full of mug punters.

I think 250 would tricky to chase, 300 very tricky to chase. Australia really doesn't feel all that comfortable though.

Oh dear, another drop! Though that one was tough.

Langer again proving he has never watched cricket by stating Marsh has been a consistent force with the bat in the past.

Kohli didn't run, if Jaiswal didn't try to take a risky run he wouldn't have got out,, Kohli should have sent him back instead of turning his back though.

Both were to blame for the run out but I think Jaiswal was more to blame for trying to take a run that was too risky when no risk needed to be taken.
Wrong. Jaiswal called and ran, Kohli half started and didn't send him back. Jaiswal was running to the danger end. Jaiswal hit it in front of point. If Kohli had have done that in under 13s he would have been given a serve by his coach for running out his partner.

Jaiswal would have been quite safe if Kohli had have run. Kohli was solely to blame, the selfish prick.

Beau webster in for SCG surely. Bowls med pace and off spin, similar to Colin Funky miller did. He should get atleast 25 solid, economical, overs spread between medium pace and off spin, this was the KEY reason for australias team balance being so poor.

Jhye richardson in for the sore Starc.

beaus bowling looks allright, hes 200cm tall and gets good bounce..

Labuschange and Cummins atleast making it competitive, but based off Indias batting depth they should get these runs i feel.
