England's lopsided balance messes with the par score a fair bit, so no idea really. I don't think there's been much movement so far but that's likely because England aren't playing the attack to get it.What is par here? 250?

Jordan's not a total mug with the willow. Has an FC average in excess of 20.Well quite. I can only think that he prefers at least one of the quicks to be able to hold a bat with some confidence, so Jordan and Overton are only there as cover if Finn or Rankin gets injured. But going in with this sort of attack is just asking for trouble, and i don't remember a bowler who can bat a bit doing anything significant runs-wise very often, so we're really better off finding someone reasonable from the counties. Surely there's someone out there?
Good wicket for Ravi there btw. I think this is the stage where batsmen tend to fancy their chances against him. A a 6th bowler, he's an asset. Less so as the 5th one.
250 would be a winning score, I'd think; I'd say 225-240 more like par. What is par here? 250?
Nice timingFirst look at Stokes, been keen to see him do his thing. Looks excellent.
Yup. I wouldn't be surprised to see him in their top 6 at Brisbane.Bailey very impressive once again
Could do an awful lot worse.Yup. I wouldn't be surprised to see him in their top 6 at Brisbane.
It was probably part of the plan to begin with have Root bowl a bit, given the lack of specialists. But yes, when you've only got three specialists then one can't be allowed to disappear. You know Tredwell's in trouble when Root is seen as a safer option by his captain.
Wade must be considering himself unlucky after Carb's efforts in the field last time out. Some sort of catharsis for Tredwell maybe.Good grab, that.
We needed something.
