Most surprising to me was Kallis at 0.58, higher than Ponting, ADdV, Kapil, Jayasuriya etc.

Mid to late career Kallis really loved a Test six against a substandard off spinner, especially at home.

In many ways he was the personification of playing the ball on its merits. If its merits weren't very good he flogged it.
