Having said that I do think England's pre-match talk has been strange. Jimmy Anderson, of all people, complaining about conduct on the field? Please.

Could possibly pick Crane instead of Ball, just think they'll be a bit reluctant to do that. It's not ideal though going into a Test effectively without a recognised spin option.
