I did say nothing special, not nothing at all. Compared to Cronk and Thurston he was nothing special. Compared to the likes of Orford and Kimmorley he was freak. Just depends who you compare his performances to. Also didn't make a singe tackle all year.

Yeah, Prince would have been my pick if it was a protracted Tri-Series or something. However, for a one-off game when he hasn't played for six weeks, and when Cronk has been in outstanding form, Prince was always a long shot. Anyway, I'd be more concerned about Greg Bird at 5/8th. Yes, he's a passionate player, but he's not international material at this stage.

He did plenty special based on the fact that, as DCYE said, he carried the Titans this season . It's no co-incidence that their bid for the finals died around the same time he injured his shoulder.

Pretty sure their finals bid run out when they were running out of front rowers. It was just they had some slim hope due to inconsistency of the other teams.

Is it true Ben Ross is playing for Melbourne next year? I've been told this but I am not 100% certain?

Broncos Ian Lacey and John Te reo have had their contracts terminated after the alleged GBH assult of a Brisbane man after the awards night. Lacey has had his day in court while Te Reo is in New Zealand. The man they are alleged to hit has suffered a fractured skull. I say alleged because these sort of things can be a grey area when talking about court cases on internet forums, especially given what has happened in the past on league forums.

If they are both found gulity, they both deserve at least a year in jail. But knowing this place it will be a slap on the wrist.

Thank God it wasn't any good Broncos players, although Te Reo looked a decent prospect. Good to see the Broncos willing to get rid of these players than hold on to them.

Generally most Broncos players seem to have smart block on their heads, which can't be said for pillocks like Willie Mason.
