match 1 prediction:

India 265 a/o
Aus 550/7 dec
India 218 a/o

Aus win by an innings by Day 4
Actually if you add the two first innings together and change the result this wasn't that bad of prediction.

Incredible come from behind victory. What a man Bumrah is. Jaiswal, Lokesh were immense too, Reddy and Rana were up for it and Kohli kicked them when they were down. Definitely got a bit lucky that Bumrah got to bowl on that day 1 pitch, might have been a very different result if we had batted out the day.

Aus are a good side. Was tough to come back after falling behind in these conditions. That Jaiswal/Lokesh opening partnership on Day 2 set up the win. Put us so far ahead it was impossible for Aus to recover. They'll be much better in Adelaide.

Bumrah POTM for sure. Not sure how Rohit slots back into this team next test - obviously DDP makes way, so does Lokesh drop to 3? Will be interesting to see if Ash/Jaddu replace Sundar as well. Can't see any other changes happening unless there is injury. Jurel deserves another crack.

A comprehensive thrashing, a long way to go in this series but Australia look to have a few problems, especially their top order against Bumrah and co.

Yeah Jurel didn’t have much luck, looks a good player. Fantastic from Bumrah, blew the game apart. And some good second innings batting by India as well. Thoroughly deserved

Huge congrats to India. That was superb.

Also, congrats to Gambhir. He must've under huge pressure after the NZ series and some of the selections were widely criticised at the toss, yet he just oversaw a special victory.

11 days for India to potentiate and become an even stronger and more indomitable entity, a force more powerful than anything Australia can possibly imagine.

Akashdeep needs to come for rana. Two reasons
1.in d/n test ball will swing need geniune swing bowler
2. Think our bowling to left handers wasn't good akash is good to lefties so will need him

That was every bit as diabolical as the Ashes 10/11, India 13, Sri Lanka 16 and South Africa 18.

India looks like an absolute machine though under Bumrah. I'm struggling to see them losing a game
