You should upgrade to a HD Foxtel box so you can watch GEM through Foxtel. I don't even think it's an extra charge per month anymore; just a one-off change for the set-top box changeover.

In their defence Sky guys have had a couple of tests to get used to it, your guys might be seeing this for first time and not know properly it works best with silence from comms.
