I really can't see why... look at what this team has done. Sure there has been a bit of help from the pitch, but it takes the bowlers to hit those right areas; and on a batting side of things, well the 1st innings total speaks for itself.

Watson is not needed unless 2 spinners are played.

Credit to Collingwood particularly. I think it's obvious he isn't the most naturally gifted batsman & looked all at sea to Clark before lunch, but he's hung in there with sensible, low-risk cricket.

A few close shaves for both Pietersen & Collingwood that session, luckily for them they didn't quite go to hand, so credit must go to them.

I thought he was, and when they showed hot spot it looked like there was a smudge right on the bottom of the bat...but then snicko showed nothing so...maybe not. If it wasn't the bat, what did it hit? Is there a dead beetle on the wicket?
