Honestly I am not saying that... All I am saying is being a neutral fan I am really not that interested in the Ashes (exception: last year) and just wish that someone else who is paying loads of money for it could've recieved that telecast instead of me.

Well you might not be, but most cricket fans are, even most of us Indian fans. Those who actually like cricket as a sport generally are interested. Those who like cricket only as it relates to the Indian ODI team, generally are not.

Haha, not really. He didn't move a single ball off the straight, and he's not the most dangerous bowler when he isn't swinging it. I never said he'd bowl badly, merely that he'd have a fairly unsuccessful series.

Anyway, great first hour for Australia. No swing, Harmison was all over the place and Langer and Hayden looked fairly solid. The odd shot in the air, but only one that was particularly close to a fielder.

Anyone else totally stunned by Flintoff's field? I mean, bowling first at the start of a test series, and he's practically got a ring field with two slips. Unbelievable.

This series is easily the best series for neutral fans. I'm watching with much more anticipation than I would most Indian series.

Crap this is hilarious. I kept saying that I'll be backing Australia in the Ashes.
