Right one more explanation needed

I'll keep it simple.

If a player took over 3:4 wickets to games, he has to be played in a bowling slot

If a player took between 1:2 and 3:4, they can either be used in a bowling slot or their bowling considered part time aka a bonus.

If they took under 1:2, they have to be used part time and can't go in a bowling slot.



Watson took over the 3:4 ratio.
