I made a rule in post #16 that said anyone who played for multiple countries can be selected for whichever country the drafter wants. I was going for more flexibility, and so wanted this "new rule" to reflect that without contradicting myself, it was just a loophole I hadn't properly explained. But I'm happy to just go with the rule you and ankitj suggested if people prefer
