Oh..... It's my first ascending/descending draft; so I assumed one only gets one pick in a round. So, like we can just pick like 5 players before the next drafters turn given all 5 have a higher Strike rate than his??

Yep. There's no real "rounds" per say

Yeah, the order is flexible now. I can pick my whole team before the guy who picked Boycott gets a go.
