I will have the lowest number of test points, deliberately chose almost all non-Black Caps. And I went a little heavy on all-rounders so will lose some bowling points as only 5 players count for bowling.

So I am ahead at half way (thanks to Mariu and some bonus runs from van Beek and Clarke), but by a little less than un-adjusted scoreboard.

I'm still awaiting the triumphant return of Duggeh - can see he last played overseas T20s in November, wonder if he's available for CD but they're preferring others.

I appreciate the effort that goes into this @Athlai but for next season could we look at doing a combined Ford Trophy & Plunket Shield one? Reckon it would make team selection more interesting (do you choose format exclusive guns or go for guys who are guaranteed games in both but might not dominate?), as well as fill the interest lull due to the current format of fixtures
