BM's worries were all to no avail; his 52 points being comfortably enough to down Cloete's Roaring Crushers & also share the top points gained accolade for the week with Blewy, whose Code Hotel down bugs's caves beach knight to move up into fourth spot.

Elsewhere I stay top thanks to a 50-32 triumph over Jake's incredibles, Watson's Eagles consolidate third by beating Adam's Coast Raiders, BM's bro Michael gets his first win in a while by downing Slats Children & burkey misses an important opportunity to close up on Jake in 8th as his Red Vees go down to Blazers, who remain in the wooden spoon position despite the win.

With only 5 rounds left until play-off time Stuntney St George, PSV Eindhoven, Watson's Eagles, Code Hotel & Roaring Crushers are all now assured of a finals spot. No-one is yet out of it, but there is a four-point gap to overcome between 8th & 9th. It looks like CW League luminaries such as Slats & bugs may miss out. For shame.....

I'm going to the match tomorrow in the hope that it can be the one match I go to this year where I don't have to worry about the result and can just relax.

A terrible week for the leaders, with only Watson's Eagles of last week's top four registering a win (& the week's top score) thanks to a thumping 58-32 vicotry over the second placed PSV Eindhoven. BM's defeat allows my Stuntney St George to hang onto the minor premiership spot despite their reverse to their bogey team, Slats Children, who complete the double over them. Blewy's Code Hotel go down to BM's bro's Canberra Raiders, which allows Cloete's Roaring Crushers to slip back into the top four courtesy of a narrow win over the bottom placed Blazers.

Elsewhere Mr Malone keeps his play-off dream alive by beating our ever-strange Adam's Coast Raiders & Jake keeps the gap between 8th & 9th at 4 points by downing burkey's Red Vees.

Blazers still keep a mathematical hope of the play-offs alive, but really need snookers with their points difference now.
