I am beginning to wonder if the curators did just go out and prepare a dead track.

Ireland 536/4, and if tthey declare soon it will be alot of pressure on the Kenyan batsmen to bat out two days for a draw.

Kevin O'Brien is destroying the spinners. Is Odoyo injured?

Netherlands to introduce 2 Day League.
This could be a major step forward if it succeeds. Hopefully it will put more pressure on the other top Associates to do likewise. I know Kenya has the Elite Leagues, but that is a very short season and not enough IMO to develop the skills needed. Fingers crossed...

I doubt South Africa playing, in that case even Zimbabwe! The standards for this tournament are pretty low for South Africa.

South Africa will more likely send an A team than skip the thing all together whilst Zimbabwe cannot find much cricket of any quality in any case

I guess South Africa A should be more than enough for this tournament while I say Zimbabwe must partispate with full strength!

hope this actually goes ahead. It has been promised for so long, but not delivered...

Can't see SA sending other than an A team. Uganda get to have another crack at Zim - the future vs the past of African cricket?

Im not sure whats going on, but according to cricinfo, there's been an 'Innings Break' with Ireland at 195/9 with Cusack unbeaten on 95, Ireland trailing by 50 or so and there's plenty of time left. No way they declared. Surely Boyd Rankin was dismissed and they just didnt add it to the commentary.... having a good night they are.

Kenya crushed by South Africa but I feel it's a decent show from Kenyans given their form in recent time... Expecting better show next game.

Congratulations Ireland: Ireland wins the Intercontinental Cup once again as they have become Australia in Non Test Playing Nations winning every tournament they play! Are they knocking the door for Test Status? Should they be given a think?
