No TV coverage in Australia and maybe NZ

They showing Asia cup in Australia live but few days ago, I try to help someone on Australian cricket forum for instructions: how to watch WC anywhere and we both banned forever.
Recently STARSPORTS lost plenty so they wants more from Australia which they can not afford.

When ever test matches going on in Australia we can see all in India but recently some involving NZ games, blackout for India.
