Pretty happy with teh debut and economy rate. Not so much about the lack of wickets last match though. Lara's my bunny

International Vice-Captain
Obviously no room in the team for a run a ball bowler, and someone who may score the odd well compiled 10.

I believe I have another 14-15 years of my career left to make the team.

You were actually doing alright, got some One Day caps, etc... until you pulled a hammy. Only one day left out with it.

I can't believe I ate the whole thing
There are nine blokes averaging more than you in Tests atm. Plus that's only your third post in this thread, assumed you weren't that interested.
Thought I had been doing better in Tests, fair enough though. I read the thread everyday (multiple times even) but don't really feel the need to post as such.

Australia with positive signs, but old habits remain

Rowley, second-innings bowling and catching - these three things stopped Australia from winning the First Test against South Africa. Australia dropped eleven chances during the match and the Australian Manager made clear in no uncertain terms that the main offenders would not be playing in the next Test.

Coach's Call -
We're much, much better than that. Hopefully we can take care of a Kallis-less Saffie outfit next Test.

In what really is a must win game, we've chosen the most in-form Domestic Cricketers. Patrick, Thomas and Fitzsimmons are warmly welcomed back into the side. Best of luck.

Dominant Australia denied by Puttick brilliance

Dropped on 47 by Jake McDonald off the bowling of Nathan Patrick, Andrew Puttick never looked back and secured a draw for the South Africans, who were consistently outplayed over the five days.

Coach's Call -
Fantastic stuff there boys. We really didn't do much wrong.

Good effort, happy with my 71 still batting out of position, prefer to be opening than not playing at all though.
