As for who's missing - do you mean he missed the game or was off the pitch injured?

Looking at the scorecard, I was suprised to see Dexter playing - thought he'd long gone by then. Boycs must have been injured.

Yes I do - I was 7 and watched it with my Dad - well in truth I was watching my Dad and the state of excitement he was in - on the basis of that had he lived I'm not sure he could have got through 2005 without being permanently sedated
