I meant to say...has never been...

Anyways, Collingwood is the only one to score a century and take 6 wickets in the same match

Something to do with long-term captains and/or left-handed batsmen?

Is one of the other two Clive Lloyd or Stephen Fleming?

Yes, most matches lost as captain...

1. Stephen Fleming (27)
2. Brian Lara (26)
3. Graeme Smith (24)
4. Allan Border (22)
5. Michael Atherton (21)

You can proceed with the next question...

Their fathers all played Tests, but Dudley Nourse is the odd man out because his father wasn't a one-cap wonder.

OK here's another - shouldn't take long.

Who's the odd man out and why?

Rahul Dravid
Douglas Jardine
Gordon Greenidge
Malcolm Marshall

Is it something to do with both Dravid and Greenidge playing for Scotland? I'd guess that perhaps Marhall played for them too, making Jardine the odd one out, or vice versa?

Yes, damn you. Jardine, though part of the Scottish diaspora (ahem), didn't play for Scotland, but the others did.

An alternative answer would be Dravid on the basis the other three played for sides that royally stuffed yer crims on a regular basis :)

So far as the Scottish link is concerned you might've thought the first names would mark Dravid as the odd man out
