I just realised I may have misled you by answering yes to this question. I assumed by career milestone you meant a milestone such as scoring a 50 or 100 or taking five wickets in an innings, etc. I think you might have considered a career milestone to be passing a certain number of runs, taking a certain number of wickets, etc. Just to clarify this achievement was performed in one innings, and as I've hinted, on debut.

Correct. It was the first time two batsmen had scored test centuries on debut in the same innings. Unless someone can provide evidence otherwise, it also seems to be the only time this has happened in test cricket.

Not absolutely sure how to answer that - the link relates to something that happened during a game but its not a record as such - so No is my answer
